Group Personal Training for women 40+

 

Get fit, toned and lose those unwanted pounds. Regular strength exercise is a proven way of doing this, with the added benefit of boosting confidence and energy levels.

 

Join our fun Personal Training groups 2-3 times a week and train with other like-minded people facing the same challenges as you. We'll support you, guide you and hold you accountable - so that you succeed.

Join our fun Personal Training groups 2-3 times a week and exercise with other like-minded people. You'll be amazed at how quickly it starts to make a difference.

 

You'll also get simple nutrition plan to follow, plus all the guidance and accountability you need to succeed.

Our 65+ Fitness Programme

 

This 6 weeks programme is a runaway hit! We've helped our 65+ members feel ten years younger, stronger and more energetic.  Improving their balance, mobility and having fewer aches and pains.

 

Our small Personal Training groups consist of people like you who share the same goals. Come and join us twice a week and you wont' look back.

 

It's time to make time for yourself, have a bit of MeTime and feel great whatever your age!

One-to-one/two PT sessions

 

Some people like the trainer's focused attention on them in a dedicated, personal session. That's fine we do this too. You can also opt to do this with another person and have partner training if you like.

We'll design a bespoke program around your specific needs and goals.

YOGA & PILATES

HOLISTIC TRAINING IN SMALL GROUPS

Adding Yoga & Pilates Has Always Been Part of the Plan
From day one, we knew we wanted to offer more than just strength and fitness. For our community of over-40s, improving mobility, flexibility, and recovery is just as important as building strength.

That’s why we now offer:

  • Small group mat Pilates, and yoga

  • Semi-private 3:1 Reformer Pilates sessions for even more personal attention

Many of our members are already combining these holistic type sessions with their strength sessions — and feeling stronger, looser, and more energised as a result.

It’s not just about exercise. It’s about moving well, feeling better, and building fitness that lasts.

Holistic training in small groups

Let's face it, we all know how good yoga and pilates would be for us (building core strength, reducing impact of injuries and more), but when you walk past most yoga studios, all you can see is beautiful people with perfect bodies going in and out. Can put you off a bit it, right?

 

We're different. Our small groups are suitable for beginners and for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. We focus on teaching you technique safely and won't leave you stuck at the back of the room feeling inadequate.

Unlike many larger Reformer classes, our 3:1 format ensures you get personal attention, expert guidance, and exercises tailored to your body.
